* Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed. Also must be able to evidence the last 2 years employment history and the last 5 years address history

What you will be doing day to day
Supporting the clients way of working to help as many customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
Skills you will demonstrate
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A background of working within a regulatory environment Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office A customer focused attitude
