Our approach is inclusive, supportive, and grounded in building confidence and skills for life, work, and further study.
Our values shape everything we do:
1. Care – for one another, for our students, and for the communities we serve
2. Learning – a commitment to curiosity, growth, and continuous improvement
3. Community – recognising that we are stronger when we collaborate and support each other
4. Ethical – choosing to do what’s right, even when it’s difficult

10. Support learners with complex needs, low confidence, gaps in education, or limited prior schooling.
11. Embed safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice into all teaching and classroom management.
12. Work collaboratively with the wider EMBS team, including counsellors, mentors, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to learner wellbeing and success.
13. Participate in training, standardisation, team meetings, and quality assurance processes.
