Job Description:

Acorn By Synergies, on behalf of our cleint, is are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel to manage data efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilise Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets to support various activities.
Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events.
Handle general administrative.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
