About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, youll play a key part in delivering high:quality dishes across various service offerings. This includes preparing seasonal menus, running your own section, and contributing to the evolving food programme alongside senior chefs.

Your Responsibilities:
* Preparing and serving food to consistently high standards
* Running your kitchen section during service
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations
* Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
* Contributing to menu development and continual quality improvement
* Promoting effective communication and teamwork

* Previous experience in a busy kitchen at Chef de Partie level
* Solid technical skills and a passion for modern, seasonal cuisine
