Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused School Coordinator to support the smooth running of our educational programmes. This key role will oversee day-to-day coordination, support teaching staff, and help maintain strong communication with parents and the school leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure teachers submit lesson plans on time and provide appropriate support
Lead and structure daily staff briefing meetings
Monitor student progress and targets using shared tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel)
Assist in preparing monthly student progress reports and coordinating parent-teacher meetings
Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and the Head Teacher for operational matters
Support the Head Teacher with administrative follow-ups and day-to-day coordination
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and email
Experience in education or school administration (desirable but not essential)
A team player who works well with staff, families, and leadership
A passion for supporting student learning and wellbeing in a culturally enriching environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
