Location: Remote within the UK/EU (Onboarding will require overseas travel)
Salary: €70,000 base salary with a €150,000 OTE (Flexible)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Executive to join our clients team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales, including self-outbound lead generation and deal closing. Your primary focus will be on winning new business through direct sales, with a secondary emphasis on exploring and nurturing new partnerships within the ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently generate and pursue leads to win new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
* Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and ecosystem to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
* Handle deal values and cycles efficiently, with a focus on €150k for direct sales (6-month cycle) and up to €450k for channel partner deals (12-month cycle).
* Target - 2 deals per quarter, following 1st quarter of ramp.
* Collaborate with marketing to leverage incoming leads as an additional source of opportunities.
* Target and engage ideal customer profiles (ICP) who are current users of Microsoft Dynamics, including CRM, Sales, Finance, etc
Selection Process:
First Stage: An informal call with our HR team to discuss your experience and fit for the role.
Second Stage: An informal call with our VP Sales to delve deeper into your skills and motivations.
Third Stage: A business case presentation onsite to demonstrate your strategic thinking and suitability for the role.
Requirements:
Proven track record in enterprise sales, with a focus on both direct sales and partnership development.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their ecosystem.
Ability to handle deal values and cycles as outlined above.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work remotely within the UK/EU and undergo onboarding overseas.
