Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a high-profile mixed-use project in Hackney. The development is comprised of a 5-storey high-quality office building beneath a 17-storey volumetric modular 4-star hotel.
(Also happy to employ on a long-term freelance contract if this is prefered!)
Requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects

Strong background in cost control, procurement, and contract management
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Preferably Modular experience
*
Project Experience: Hotel and/or High-rise Residential & Office
