We are seeking a Marine Navigation Electronics Installation Support Manager to lead our transceiver support and training function — a role that blends technical expertise, leadership, and customer excellence.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of technical support delivery across our portfolio of marine navigation electronics — including AIS transceivers, VHF radios, radars, and chart plotters — ensuring customers worldwide can confidently install, operate, and support our products. You will lead the Customer Support Team, evolve support systems, and deliver hands-on training to our global base of users, dealers, and distributors.
What You'll Be Doing

Act as the subject matter expert for all SRT transceiver products.

Oversee the Customer Support Team, driving excellence and evolving our use of platforms like Zendesk and AI tools.

Deliver technical training and on-site installation support to global customers.
*
Work with product management to shape future products and documentation based on real-world feedback.
*
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly technical support materials and training guides.
*
Travel internationally to support high-priority installations and customer engagements.
What You’ll Bring
*
Proven experience installing, integrating, and supporting marine electronics on commercial or leisure vessels.
*
In-depth knowledge of marine standards including NMEA 0183/2000, VHF/DSC, AIS, and radar systems.
*
Hands-on experience with support systems such as Zendesk and ITIL-aligned workflows.
*
Demonstrated leadership of technical teams and a track record of delivering excellent support.
*
Excellent communication skills and confidence delivering technical training to varied audiences.
*
Ability to write concise, accurate documentation and guides.
*
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
