Salary: £41,834.82 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Bridgend. If you’re passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home
* Leading and developing a small, dedicated care team
* Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
* Managing placements, care planning, and staff rotas
* Promoting a positive, child-centred culture
* Driving continuous improvement and quality assurance
What You’ll Need
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
* Proven experience managing a children’s residential setting
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
