Are you an organised, proactive individual with experience in construction or project coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Our client are a dynamic and growing B2B construction start-up and are seeking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to add to their technical team.\n\nIn the role you will be the backbone of their project delivery, supporting the team in managing multiple installation projects across the UK.
While you won't own the full projects outright (yet!), you will be hands-on in coordinating every stage-from contracts and surveys to installations and final sign-offs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging multiple projects at different stages (up to 10 a day)\nCoordinating surveys, contracts, and deposits with clients\nLiaising with electricians, scaffolders, suppliers, and installers\nEnsuring all paperwork, permits, and safety checks are completed\nThinking ahead to spot and resolve issues before they arise\nDelivering updates (even tough news!) to clients and contractors\nKeeping projects on track from start to finish (approx. 16-week cycles)What We're Looking For:\n\nConstruction or project coordination experience - you will understand the industry's fast pace and straight-talking nature\nSuper organised and process-driven - juggling multiple tasks will be second nature to you\nStrong communicator - confident on calls and able to manage expectations efficiency\nProactive problem-solver - you anticipate issues and act fast to resolve them before they arise\nResilient and adaptable - comfortable with firefighting and last-minute changes\nTeam player - willing to go the extra mile when needed.
