Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor - 1+ PQE
Location: Stirling
Overview:
An established Stirling firm is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to its team. The role involves a broad private client caseload and offers a supportive environment with scope to develop and progress.
Role Requirements:
* Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
* Managing executries and trusts, including Confirmations, IHT forms and accounts
* Running files from instruction to completion
* Supporting Paralegals and Trainees
* Preparing documentation accurately and to deadlines
Experience:
* 1+ PQE in Private Client within a Scottish law firm
* Experience in wills, executries, trusts and estate administration
* Supervisory experience helpful but not essential
Skills:
* Clear and professional communication
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Good attention to detail
* Team-focused approach
