Commercial Marketing Manager (Remote – Full Time, Permanent)

We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to play a pivotal, hands-on role in driving pipeline, accelerating procurement cycles, and increasing market share within a complex B2B healthcare environment.
About the Role
This is an execution-led, results-driven role with a clear line of sight to revenue. You’ll transform commercial strategy into high-impact marketing tactics, delivering personalised, data-led campaigns that influence decision-makers and win business.
Working closely with sales and commercial teams, you’ll design and deliver marketing initiatives that directly support tenders, account growth, and new business wins.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue-Focused Execution
* Deliver a revenue-generating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for high-priority accounts
* Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that accelerate sales cycles and influence buying decisions
* Track and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue, with clear ROI metrics
Strategic Marketing Implementation
* Design, pilot, and scale innovative, commercially driven marketing programs
* Own end-to-end execution of targeted digital and stakeholder engagement initiatives
* Translate commercial objectives into actionable campaigns that build pipeline and hit revenue targets
Commercial Content & Thought Leadership
* Create persuasive commercial content including ROI-led case studies and tender support materials
* Implement thought leadership initiatives with a strong commercial lens
* Develop assets that build credibility and actively differentiate against competitors
Measurement, Analytics & Optimisation
* Use data and analytics to continually optimise performance and commercial impact
* Partner with CRM and automation teams on lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution
* Deliver clear performance dashboards linking marketing activity to revenue outcomes
About You
You’re a highly commercial marketer who understands how to influence complex buying groups and drive tangible results.
Essential experience & skills:
* Degree in Commercial or Marketing discipline (e.g. BComm – Finance & Marketing)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B healthcare marketing
* Proven success in ABM or tactical marketing roles with demonstrable revenue impact
* Strong understanding of ROI, conversion metrics, and revenue attribution
* Confident working hand-in-hand with sales as a true revenue partner
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling commercial copy
* Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Tech-savvy across Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
* Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote environment
