A Rare Opportunity to Build Your Legacy
We are offering a truly unique and rare opportunity for an exceptional Children's Home Manager—or a high-potential Deputy ready to step up—to build a brand new, outstanding-rated home from the ground up. This is your chance to define what exceptional care looks like.
This isn't a role where you inherit legacy issues. This is your chance to build a legacy of your own. You will have the autonomy and support to:

Establish a Gold-Standard Culture: From day one, embed a culture of safety, respect, and aspiration that allows young people to flourish.
*
Lead with Impact: Take full operational responsibility for a new service, ensuring compliance with The Children's Homes Regulations and achieving outstanding outcomes.
For ambitious Deputy Managers: This role comes with a dedicated, structured mentoring programme from our experienced leadership team to support your transition into management and your Ofsted registration.
What We're Looking For:
*
Essential: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or 3-4 years as a Deputy Manager within a home rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
*
Essential: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or a committed plan to achieve this qualification.
*
Essential: A proven passion for creating therapeutic environments and a strong understanding of relevant legislation (The Children Act 1989, safeguarding).
*
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
*
The Vision: The leadership skills, creativity, and integrity to build something exceptional.
