What we're looking for: Early Years Level 6 qualification or above GCSE grade ‘C’ or above in Maths and English Current paediatric First Aid certificate Basic food hygiene certificate Up to date safeguarding training Strong teaching experience in Early Years with a clear understanding of current pedagogy Experience working in a nursery or school setting Experience managing and working within a team Ability to establish and communicate clear standards and expectations Ability to manage and develop resources to support child development High standard of written and oral communication Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and statutory requirements Good understanding of The Children Act, EYFS Welfare Requirements, and KCSIE Ability to design interactive, engaging sessions for all learning needs Strong planning and organisation skills Positive, can-do attitude Trustworthy, approachable, and passionate about changing children’s lives Please read the Job Description and Person Specification for more information and before applying.
