The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Has recent UK classroom experience (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
Brings a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
Committed to pupil progress and well-being
