A lot of past experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results. The ability to understand complex reports, how to put next steps in place and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives. Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing aspects of our business. Effective communication skills to support your teams with new launches, concepts and processes. A full UK Driving License.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead area operations across multiple stores, ensuring efficiency, productivity and compliance with company standards.
* Mentor and support Store Managers in recruitment, training and development to improve store performance.
* Empower teams to achieve KPIs and sustain high performance on an ongoing basis.
* Communicate effectively to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
* Utilize complex reports to identify next steps and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of new initiatives.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of multi-site experience at area/regional manager level.
* A full UK Driving License.
* Proven experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve results.

* Salary: £68,200 - £99,000 per annum (includes £10% London Allowance).
