SEND Cover Support Worker (Newcastle)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Contract: Flexible / Day-to-day
Start: Immediate
Pay: £90–£105 per day (PAYE)
A specialist SEND provision is looking for flexible support workers to cover short and long-term absences.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing classroom and 1:1 SEND support
2. Maintaining routines during staff absence
3. Supporting pupils with learning and wellbeing
4. Working across different age groups
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience in SEND or education settings
6. Adaptable and reliable approach
7. Confidence supporting different needs
8. Availability for flexible work
