The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We deliver essential local services that provide safe, trusted support to children and young people during times of significant need.
We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic, ambitious team.
We're looking for a confident and motivated Shop Manager to lead our team in our Shipley shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to engage with the local community, shape the shop's future, and drive up income to support young people
The required skills and competencies for this role are:
* Manage a diverse, competent team of paid staff and volunteers
* Process donated stock to a high level at a fast pace and display appropriately
* Ensure the health and safety of the shop for the donors customers and volunteers
It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies:
* PC literate
* Able to demonstrate trends have a good eye for VM
* Motivate a team
