ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Aylesbury
SALARY: 30k basic + £850 pm bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00
Duties
* Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles
* Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs
* Ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly
* Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service
* Organise the collection and delivery of cars for delivery
* Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible
* Acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions
* Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing any additional spends
* Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets
* Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
About you
* Be an experienced Service Advisor within the Automotive industry
* Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service
* Work well under pressure
* Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets
