Who is Chevron Traffic Management:
Chevron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian walkways to ensure safety during roadworks. This includes installing cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible across the country, and the signage you see during roadworks may have been installed by Chevron Traffic Management.
Our work also involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating, liaising with suppliers and customers, and integrating innovation and technology to improve safety and reduce environmental impact.

About the role of Project Team Leader:
The Project Team Leader supervises within the Projects Department, overseeing Project Coordinators and managing client accounts. They serve as the escalation point for complex issues, delegate projects, manage workloads, and report to the Planning Manager.
Responsibilities of a Project Team Leader:
* Managing multiple client accounts and projects
* Leading a team of Project Coordinators, providing support, training, goal setting, and reviews
* Ensuring purchase order coverage, managing invoice queries, and liaising with clients and coordinators for invoicing
* Allocating new workstreams to team members
* Handling complex client issues and escalation
* Quoting and booking Traffic Management projects
* Coordinating with Operations, CAD team, and depots to ensure smooth operations
* Performing additional duties as assigned by the Planning Manager or Directors
