Regional Sales Coordinator – Europe West
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Reports to: Regional Director, Europe West
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship‑focused professional to join our Europe West Sales team. The region spans 20 countries, with key markets including the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands. This varied role offers autonomy, independence and the opportunity to support a broad range of regional projects. You will work closely with the Regional Director and Sales Managers, gaining exposure to multiple markets, diverse stakeholders and a wide range of business initiatives. Core Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day support to the Regional Director and Sales Managers.
* Communicate with Wellness Advocates (WAs) via email, phone, Zoom and in‑person meetings.
* Support Wellness Advocate onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
* Assist with sourcing venues for events, workshops and trainings.
* Coordinate logistics, planning and administration for regional events.
* Attend selected in‑person events, offering on‑site support as required.
* Contribute to the region’s social media presence, including content coordination and platform support.
* Prepare reports, presentations and other documents.
Travel Requirements
This role involves seasonal international travel across the Europe West region. Travel may include weekends, evenings, multi‑day trips and event support abroad. Flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently are essential.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Basic experience with social media platforms and online tools.
* Service‑oriented mindset with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
* Passion for health and wellness.
* Full driving licence required.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional languages—particularly French or Italian—are a strong advantage.
