THE COMPANY: A unique opportunity to for a medical sales candidate to cover Cornwall to manage a compact and high potential territory. Working a well serviced and buoyant area you will represent a well-established, privately owned manufacturer who continue to succeed and grow. They provide a premium quality range of advanced wound care dressings, bandaging and compression products for use in both hospital and community settings with an enviable brand and product reputation. This area is delivering a good base of sales but with the right energy and dedication it has some fantastic opportunity for a passionate, high performing sales person.
THE ROLE: The successful Account Manager will ideally come from a medical or healthcare background with a strong focus on account management or clinicians with some commercial experience should also apply. The role involves selling premium quality wound care products based upon clinical features and benefits. Working with a wider team to open business opportunities and influence formularies within the Cornwall region. The Territory Manager will be focused on selling and leading clinical education sessions with nurses, and wound care leads across the dressings and bandages portfolio. They will be well supported by a Healthcare Partnership manager and their Sales Manager around senior conversations if needed. Healthy formulary and NICE guidance status on patch means there is lots of sales potential. Typical customer contact will be with Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses and Community Pharmacists and Medicines Management teams.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
· A professional, driven, resilient and passionate pharmaceutical or healthcare sales person wanting to break into wound care sales OR
· A junior medical sales professional wanting the next step in their career with a premium manufacturer OR
· Full driving licence and happy travelling daily to see customers.
THE PACKAGE FOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST:
Basic: £38,000-47,0000
Bonus: £7k OTE plus annual company profit share
Car: Company car allowance or car
