We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Advisory, Quality Risk Management (AQRM) team as a Manager. You will support teams within our Deals Advisory & Consulting (DAC) practice by providing quality and risk management support, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and regulatory standards, and promoting the firm's quality agenda.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing risk management and quality support to DAC and other advisory teams
2. Reviewing engagement contracts and supporting negotiations with clients
3. Educating and coaching client-facing teams to enhance risk awareness
4. Developing and delivering training materials
5. Ensuring controls are understood and implemented
6. Identifying and managing emerging risks
7. Collaborating with legal and ethics teams to improve policies
8. Developing guidance materials and templates
9. Supporting file review and monitoring procedures
Candidate Profile
Minimum criteria:
* Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) with experience in an advisory business unit, or
