We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Reporting Coordinator to join the Strategy & Regulation team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

Were looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to support the delivery of accurate, compliant regulatory reports. You’ll help manage project timelines, ensure data is audit-ready, and support publication to required standards. This role provides key admin support to the Regulatory Reporting Manager and helps maintain trust and transparency with our stakeholders.
Where You Fit In
As our Regulatory Reporting Coordinator you will:
* Support the Regulatory Reporting Manager with project planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of the Annual Performance Report (APR).
* Manage timelines, meetings, documentation, and SharePoint content to ensure smooth reporting processes.
* Coordinate data collection from over 100 contributors, ensuring deadlines are met and information is audit-ready.
* Assist with training, governance, and quality checks to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Liaise with external agencies and publishing platforms to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
* Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need
* Experience in project coordination, partnership working, and financial oversight
* Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organisation, facilitation, and coordination abilities
* Confident communicator with influencing and negotiation skills
* Skilled in report writing, presenting, and using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and take a proactive approach

You Will Also Benefit From Having
* Background in commercially focused or regulated environments, ideally within water, utilities, or manufacturing sectors
* Strong understanding of document management systems and processes
* Proven project management experience
* Able to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
