Specialist Legal Recruiter - Focussing on Litigation & Disputes, Personal Injury & Medical Negligence, Employment Law and Family Law. Call me on…
Location: Majority Home-Working (occasional office presence in Wakefield)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
* Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims
* Providing expert legal advice and client care to claimants who have sustained serious injury following road traffic accidents
* Analysing key evidence, medical reports, case notes and witness statements
* Drafting legal documents such as statements, pleadings and schedules of loss
* Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
* Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.
* Allocation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and support staff

* Due to the nature of the work, you will need to have gained experience working within a personal injury legal environment.
* Ideally you will have exposure to multi-track personal injury or medical negligence claims, however high-end fast-track, intermediate track or similar backgrounds will be considered.
