Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham on a Night shift!
Monday - Friday
* Sun - Thurs 2200 - 0600
£15.26 per hour (with a pay increase after 12 weeks)
***Training will be provided on an 8 week programme and the hours will be either 6.00am-1.30pm or 1.30pm til 9.30pm and during this time the payment will be £12.21 per hour and will then be uplifted once you start on the night shift. **
We're hiring reliable, hardworking people to join our fast-paced SMT production team. Assembly/production experience preferred, but full training provided.
Key Tasks:
✔️ Load & prep machines
✔️ Visual inspections
✔️ Replenish reels
✔️ Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
✅ Great attention to detail
✅ Willingness to learn
✅ Ability to follow instructions
Drug screening required before start
