What Can You Expect in This Role?
Support and implement the Health and Safety plan for the Wells site, embedding a proactive safety culture across all levels.
Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across site operations.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and COSHH evaluations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Lead HSE training, provide coaching to line managers, and deliver robust accident investigations with sustainable corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a process-driven environment.
Good knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO management systems.
Ability to influence and engage at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Willingness to be hands on and visible across the shop floor
