Job Description

Job Title: Service and Repairs Coordinator

Supervised by: Regional Operations Manager

Location – Local to Gateshead or easily commutable too

Purpose:

To provide support as necessary to the Regional Operations Manager. To ensure repairs and service are followed up and executed with clear precise communication to the customer.

a. Support in providing information for the Senior Service Coordinator and Operations Manager to carry out pre and post reviews.

b. Liaison with the operations team from engineer to Regional Operations manager.

c. Covering other team members for annual leave and sickness

d. Provide admin support for the Senior Service Coordinator for compliance and reporting.

e. Closing all completed Repairs jobs and prepare invoices to be approved by the accounts team.

f. To have working knowledge on all Ascendant internal systems

g. Verify that the correct paperwork is uploaded onto the system and in a timely manner.

h. Preparing and distributing various written and statistical reports to provide analytical support to the management team.

i. Proactively trigger escalations when necessary

j. Assisting with procurement and raising orders when necessary

k. Proactively communicate progress to all stakeholders (ETA, outstanding works etc.)

l. Maintain the Service Management System in real time.

m. On request, this position can be assigned with other duties and responsibilities.

n. Accountable for the delivery of repair works

o. Prepares the overall repair program and resource planning.

p. Responsible for maintaining repairs documentation.

q. Updates information to company management systems.

r. Collaborates with Accounts payable / Controlling to ensure site activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual payment terms and actual payments received.

s. Customer and Sub-contractor Relationship management

t. Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors.

Education and Experience:

a. Competent with all appropriate Microsoft software apps

b. 1 years' experience minimum in a similar role desirable

c. Confident communicator

d. Good numeral skills

e. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

f. Fluent in the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
