What you’ll be doing
1. Providing incident support for the day-to-day running of the infrastructure estate within Enterprise Cloud
2. Deploying changes to support the business on Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure
3. Implementing service requests to support the business on Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure
4. Collaborating with our vendors to resolve complex faults.
5. Collaborating with Application Support and Service Management teams to troubleshoot high impact incidents.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with proficiency in managing Linux operating systems and virtual and physical hardware.
7. Experience of Linux Operating Systems via command line.
8. Experience of working with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V or Kubernetes
9. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
10. Self-motivated with a proactive approach
11. Demonstrated commitment to driving improvement in processes and systems.
12. Sound knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes, with familiarity in using ServiceNow being desirable.
13. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at various levels of technical expertise.
