Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor with excellent behaviour management skills and a creative, nurturing approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to support the delivery of an innovative curriculum. High expectations and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in all pupils are essential.
Key Requirements
Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential)
PGCE or PCET qualifications also accepted
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Understanding of the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations
Knowledge of planning and assessment procedures
