We are currently working closely with a “Good” school looking for an HLTA to run an inclusion provision from September 2025 with 2-3 children. There will be a handover period before September, allowing you to get to know the children in your care.
Are you able to:
* Work with children with additional needs
* Be extremely resilient
* Support children’s learning and development inside and outside the classroom
* Complete some whole-class teaching
* Mark and help prepare resources for follow-on lessons
* Promote and encourage good behaviour

The minimum requirements for this HLTA role are:
* HLTA qualification or a degree in childhood education
* The right to work in the UK
* Two years’ worth of references
* A current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
