OVERVIEW:
- Seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor.
- Ability to integrate into an experienced team and ensure smooth file transitions.
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Handle transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Deliver a consistently high level of client service.
- Proven experience handling: Sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new build purchases, buy:to:let transactions, freehold and leasehold matters, lease extensions, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes and ISAs, remortgages and panel work.
- Desirable experience in: Company mortgages, equity release, title advice and rectification.
- Confident liaising with: Clients, estate agents, mortgage. lenders and other Solicitors.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building long term client relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive and professional approach.
