As a New Business Sales Executive at Algeco, you will drive sales by promoting our range of products and services, building relationships with new customers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will play a vital role in converting leads into profitable orders, contributing to the growth and success of the business. Promote Algeco's products and services, actively onboarding new customers and driving customer satisfaction.

* Effectively manage marketing-led calls and data, generating qualified opportunities for both you and the wider sales team. Proactively engage with potential customers via telephone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and sales. Convert opportunities into closed deals, consistently providing accurate pricing in alignment with company guidelines. Prioritise and manage a customer pipeline to ensure targets are consistently met. Collaborate with branch operations to ensure top-tier service, ensuring both client and end-user satisfaction, which directly supports profitable growth. Follow up on campaigns and proactively seek new business opportunities. Close lost enquiries efficiently, ensuring clear and concise customer notes are maintained. Address customer queries and resolve potential issues quickly to safeguard future sales. Attend training and development sessions to refine your knowledge, sales techniques, and skills.
* Regularly meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Safety-conscious, adhering to Algeco's safety policies at all times. Highly motivated and results-driven, consistently seeking sales opportunities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Customer-focused, with a proven track record of success in inbound and outbound sales to generate revenue. Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to quickly adjust to evolving business needs. Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Self-motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in general administration tasks and comfortable using IT systems to support your work. Willingness to collaborate with and support other team members.

Salary: £ competitive
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hrs between 8:00am - 5:30pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
