Meta Ads Creative Strategist - DTC eCommerce (Remote)
About the Role Were a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns
* Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
* Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
* Collaborate with designers/editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
* Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
* Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams
Required Experience
* 3+ years in paid social creative strategy with Meta platform
* Proven track record creating successful DTC ad campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
* Experience with direct response marketing principles
* Portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work
