Tapestry Solutions, part of Boeing Global Services, seeks an Associate Software Engineer in Berkeley, MO to support the F-47 Next Generation Air Dominance platform. This role involves supporting mission planning software development, integration, and testing efforts critical to national defense and shaping future DoD mission planning.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software throughout its lifecycle.
2. Supports development, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of software products and system integrations.
3. Supports architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and design documentation for software products.
4. Assists in debugging and resolving issues to ensure software reliability and efficiency.
5. Troubleshoots technical issues.
6. Helps develop, establish, monitor, and improve software processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. 2+ years of software development experience.
3. Experience working in an Agile environment, including large “team of teams” Agile setups.
4. Proficiency in C#, .NET.
5. Experience with version control tools such as git, Bitbucket, etc.
6. Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1. Experience with software development patterns: microservice, REST, Mono Repo, Mono DBs, SPA.
2. Experience in designing and implementing system architecture, requirements, software, and testing.
3. Experience with Typescript, ReactJS/Redux.
4. Experience with Mission Planning.
