About Us: We are a modern dental practice in Burleigh Waters, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital scanners, digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT/OPG, and implant equipment. Our services encompass a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, such as root canal therapy, fillings, dentures, extractions, routine check-ups, cleans, dental implants, teeth whitening, veneers, clear aligners, and same-day crowns. Our commitment to exceptional patient care is at the heart of our practice.
The Opportunity: We are seeking either an experienced dentist capable of managing and expanding their patient base, or a graduate dentist eager to learn and committed to excellence. Mentorship is available to transition into providing full cosmetic makeovers within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health concerns.
* Develop and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients.
* Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental care, including veneers, implants, and aligners.
* Build and maintain a loyal patient base.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration and the right to work in Australia.
* For experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of practice experience and a portfolio of work.
* For graduate candidates: A strong willingness to learn, with the right attitude and commitment to growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A patient-centered approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Ability to work independently while embracing collaboration.
