We’re looking for a dynamic International Brand Activation Manager to join a leading FMCG business just north of London. The role: bring our brands to life across North America, Europe, and beyond — driving standout shopper marketing and delivering real ROI.
What you'll be doing:
* Powering in-store and near-store activations across global markets
* Leading NPD launches, omni-channel campaigns, and in-store displays
* Managing agencies and external suppliers to execute best-in-class initiatives
* Turning strategy into shopper-focused action that boosts growth
What you'll need:
* FMCG brand activation/shopper marketing experience in North America (non-negotiable)
* Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
* Confidence working cross-functionally and across cultures
* Excellent communication skills and the drive to make things happen
