The ideal candidate will be someone who can positively contribute to our new city learning programme to actively re-engage young people who are currently not in education, employment or training by providing innovative, comprehensive holistic support across the curriculum. What you’ll bring This role would include working with learners who may require additional support with both emotional and behaviour needs, so experience in this area is essential. This role requires a strong teamwork ethos and supportive interventions.It will be paramount to encourage and nurture learners to build independence and confidence to progress on their journey in education.
