Who we need We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our already successful student support & Inclusion team.Nottingham College is a diverse and inclusive college and we welcome individuals who can embrace our ethos and contribute new ways of thinking to enhance our learners’ experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who can positively contribute to our new city learning programme to actively re-engage young people who are currently not in education, employment or training by providing innovative, comprehensive holistic support across the curriculum. What you’ll bring This role would include working with learners who may require additional support with both emotional and behaviour needs, so experience in this area is essential. This role requires a strong teamwork ethos and supportive interventions.It will be paramount to encourage and nurture learners to build independence and confidence to progress on their journey in education. Essential skills and experience include: Confidence in dealing with behaviour support in and out of the classroom Knowledge of behaviour support plans and how to successfully implement change Good communication skills (written and verbal) An ability to empathise with Learners individual needs Able to work on own initiative as well as contribute to the team collective For further details on this post which the job description and person specification cannot answer for you, please contact Arron.cuttriss@nottinghamcollege.ac.uk Interviews are planned for: Week commencing 4th May 2026 Why Join us Competitive salary – £25,256 to £26,348 per annumFTE. This will be pro-rata for part time/TTO posts.
