Working within a specialist internship and gateway programme, you will support learners to build vocational skills, independence, confidence, and preparation for adulthood through meaningful, personalised education. This rewarding role combines teaching, mentoring, safeguarding, and programme leadership. You will deliver creative and inclusive learning linked to employability and workplace development, while working closely with Job Coaches, support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure learners make sustained progress towards EHCP outcomes and long-term employment goals. The provision supports young people with a wide range of SEND needs, so the successful candidate will be adaptable, compassionate, and confident building positive relationships that help learners thrive both personally and professionally.
