3. Manage the Operations Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
4. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
5. Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation.
7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
8. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Line management responsibilities for two members of staff.
10. Maintain an organised filing system for easy access to important documents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to Operations Director should have:
