Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Service Advisor in Heathrow.
This role involves maintaining existing relationships and building new ones to ensure we meet all customer needs – booking routine servicing, defects, MOTs, breakdowns, updating customers on job completion, and raising invoices for work carried out while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create job cards, check for existing parts, service WIPs, and campaigns.
* Clarify repair details with the customer and workshop.
* Check account details and credit levels, obtain authorizations and order numbers from customers.
* Inform customers of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed.
* Ensure all MOT appointments are scheduled.
* Greet customers professionally and friendly upon arrival.
* Agree on timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.

* Ability to build rapport and positive relationships: Work with customers to build professional relationships and ensure all requirements are scheduled timely.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks: Handle tasks from customers and workshop internally, ensuring timely completion.
* Forward thinker, using own initiative under pressure: Overcome obstacles under pressure while meeting customer needs.
