What you'll be doing as our Store Manager:
As the Store Manager, you will lead your retail team by example and ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
* Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
* Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
* Motivating your team to hit targets and seeing KPIs as opportunities
* Managing the store efficiently, including rota planning to cover high footfall, deliveries, and product moves
* Training and coaching your retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily operations
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
* Analysing store performance reports and implementing ideas to improve KPIs
* Acting as the point of escalation for customer queries to ensure positive resolutions
* Following Visual Merchandising instructions to maintain the brand's aesthetic
Desired Skills:
* Proven retail experience, ideally as a Store Manager
* People management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team
* Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
* Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
