Job Description
The Principal Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Leading the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
3. Conducting detailed analysis and testing to validate product designs.
4. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
5. Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Developing and maintaining technical documentation for projects.
7. Staying updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies into projects.
8. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Mechanical Engineer should have:
9. A strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

12. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering.
