Responsibilities
* Senior representation for the company, working with crucial client and partners.
* Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers including agreeing reasonable and achievable SLA’s and KPI’s.
* Creating and monitoring targets and metrics for the national accounts, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
* Meeting clients and account managers on a regular basis to ensure strong relationships.
* Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned to client needs.
* Taking a leadership role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
* Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads.
* Pricing contracts to achieve the company's gross margin expectations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a regional or national account manager position.
* Experience in managing multi‑faced complex business relationships.
* Knowledge of managing end‑to‑end business processes.
* A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
