Job Title: Legionella Plumber

Our client is a multi-faceted Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit, with a strong presence in the South East of England. They are seeking a driven Legionella Plumber who can competently undertake installations, replacements and servicing of water treatment components and systems. You will be servicing a range of commercial and local authority sites, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and high levels of service are maintained. Locations of work include: Redhill, Caterham, Oxted, East Grinstead, Epsom, Sutton, Mitcham, Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Crawley, Horsham, Woking, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Erith, Dartford, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Weybridge, Surbiton, Haslemere, Aldershot, Farnham, Camberley.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience working as a Plumber within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
- Will hold at least plumbing NVQ Level 2 qualification as a minimum
- Ideally will be qualified with the G3 unvented ticket
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Confident servicing a mixed portfolio of client sites
- Good literacy and IT skills
The Role:
- Completing PPM and reactive plumbing works across a range of commercial and local authority client sites
- Deadleg removals
- TMV installations and replacements
- Pipework installations and modifications
- Dosing pot installations
- POU heater installations
- Tank installations and refurbishments
- Completing regular service reports
- Ensuring works comply with industry standards
- Advising clients on works undertaken
