Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in East Belfast to recruit a new full time and permanent Book Keeper
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present monthly management accounts
2. Need to discuss cut-off date for sales and invoices to be in timely order
3. Manage and process monthly supplier payment run -again dates to be discussed for invoices to be on and the payment run
4. Project Sales and renewal maintenance invoicing again cut-off date to run management account Nominal codes are correctly inputted
5. Deal with creditors report
6. Weekly and monthly payroll Paye/ NI P32 / p45 /Pension/ P11d
7. Private fuel and Monthly petty cash - reconciled on monthly basis
8. Managing staff HR records and contracts of employment
9. Managing and holding meetings with sales and purchase
10. Holding management meetings
11. Manage companies house information
12. Vat quarterly returns
13. Amex statement to be reconciled
14. Manage debtors list
15. Credit control via credit houd
16. Daily Reconciliation bank accounts/ cheques and lodgements Insurance - P&E I / fleet insurance renewal ( June renewal) Organising and maintaining company vehicles - tax insurance mot Managing RCT claims
17. Questionnaire from HMRC as received
18. Management of office supplied
19. Manage GDPR
20. Renewal of mobile phones
Role will require working 39 Hours - M-T 8.30am - 5.00pm Fri 8.30am -4.00pm
Salary will start on 30k per annum
