Rise10 Recruitment are currently working with a number of well-established electrical contractors across Northamptonshire who are looking to expand their teams with skilled and motivated electricians. These opportunities offer a mix of domestic, commercial, and industrial work, with clear progression routes and excellent earning potential.
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
* Working across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
* Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
* Installing containment, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems
* Ensuring all work complies with current regulations (BS7671 – 18th Edition)
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Working independently or as part of a wider team
You may also have the opportunity to work on:
* Commercial installations and maintenance
* EV charging installations
* Solar PV systems
* Supervisory or senior-level responsibilities (depending on experience)
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred or required depending on role)
* ECS Gold Card (advantageous)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrician
* Experience across industrial and commercial projects
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Full UK Driving Licence
