About The Employer
The hiring company creates powerful virtual e-commerce tools that facilitate improved customer interaction, increased conversion rates and reduced return rates. The company focusses on tools of the future that bring real commercial benefits to their clients.
Now they're hiring a UI/UX Designer to own customer-facing experiences, from modern frontend website designs to effective and efficient dashboards, and make them feel magical, seamless, and intuitive.
The Role
Your first task will be to lead the visual and interactive design of a pseudo-augmented-reality interface, backend admin panel, and client onboarding tools. You'll collaborate with our engineers and product team to define user flows, create wireframes and prototypes, and design pixel-perfect screens optimised for web performance and shopper engagement, for both clients and the hiring company, and its derivatives. This is a cross-functional role where design directly impacts product success and commercial adoption.
What You'll Do
* Design smooth, modern experiences for both desktop, mobile and AR/VR.
* Create XD/Figma-based wireframes, prototypes, and developer-ready design files.
* Design UX flows for both end-users and clients/admins/businesses.
* Balance aesthetics with performance: fast load times, minimal UI friction.
* Collaborate with ML and Frontend teams to visualise model results.
* Drive A/B testing, track user feedback, and evolve design based on data.
* Own design system and visual consistency across plugin surfaces.
Must-Haves
* 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce tools.
* Strong portfolio with clean, minimal, and conversion-focused designs.
* Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and responsive/mobile-first design.
* Strong UX thinking - wireframes, journey mapping, onboarding flows.
* Clear understanding of HTML/CSS limitations and frontend handoff.
* Collaborative mindset: able to work closely with developers and product.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience designing for fashion tech, AR, or try-on interfaces.
* Some comfort with motion design / microinteractions (Lottie, Framer, etc.).
* Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress theming, or plugin UX.
* Experience designing B2B admin panels or settings dashboards.
What We Offer
* A chance to lead design on a product at the intersection of fashion, tech, and UX.
* Full ownership over design direction, with support from engineers and product leads.
* Remote-first, flexible team that values autonomy and clean work.
* Real usage data and feedback loops - your designs go live and get seen.
* Competitive pay and opportunity for long-term growth.
If you feel like you fit the bill, we'd love to hear back from you.
