Job Title: Skilled Machine Operator
Location: Knowsley
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
Shifts: Rotating 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to produce high-quality products in line with specifications
*
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure correct product formation and quality
*
Manually pack finished products weighing up to 25kg
*
Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery and processes, identifying and resolving issues promptly
*
Perform routine clean downs of machinery to maintain optimal operational efficiency
*
Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and quality standards
*
Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
*
Previous experience operating extrusion machinery or similar equipment preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
*
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
*
Physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg
*
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
