Astute's Power team is partnering with Cladding company to recruit a Cladding Estimator on a long-term contract basis for its office in Stockton-on-Tess office, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in estimating, ideally within cladding, façades, or similar construction packages. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified estimator looking to further develop their career within a specialist cladding company.
Key skills
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for cladding and façade projects
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project scope and requirements
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
Support tender submissions and prepare detailed pricing breakdowns
Maintain and update estimating databases and records
